It’s a new week with a new weekly top-ten best-seller chart up! We’ve got a repeat best-seller this week with Madvillainy by the MADVILLAIN super-duo back in the top spot! Madvillain was of course composed of the late great MF Doom and master producer Madlib. The record was initially released back in ‘04 and we’ve been lucky enough to get a big batch recently, but just sold out. Check back for future copies.

A glance at our charts will show we had a great week for the top women in modern R & B too. We’ve got Lizzo, Lauryn Hill, Sza, and new to the charts this week at number six is One In A Million from AALIYAH. Her music has been unfortunately scarce since her untimely death, but we’ve seen reissues finally start to enter circulation. This was her second LP, initially released way back in 1996.

Our only other newly charting this week comes from the once more rechristened OSEES with their new one, titled A Foul Form, making number ten. We’ve lost count of John Dwyer and companies records at this point but this one is a departure from some of their recent retro/psych stylings, instead delving into the rawness of pure austere punk. An exhilarating listen!
