We’ve calculated our post Black Friday sales and have a new weekly top-ten best-sellers chart posted! And unsurprisingly we have one of RSD Black Friday’s featured exclusives at number one! It’s THE LIFE AQUATIC WITH STEVE ZISSOU soundtrack! This colored vinyl reissue of the Seu Jorge heavy soundtrack to the classic 2004 film has been hard to find for far too long! (Though, this was an ‘RSD First’ release, which means if you missed this version, a repress should be on the way sooner than later.)

Record Store Day exclusives made up a solid half of our charts this week with JIMI HENDRIX, MILES DAVIS, BILLIE EILISH, and JASON ISBELL also cracking the top-ten with their respective exclusives. A note to all our customers: Quantities on all such RSD releases are VERY LIMITED, so call ahead if you’re interested in anything specific. Also of note: we do get some surprising late shipments, restocks, and returns every year, and they go fast! Stop by and check our Black Friday leftovers.

Our only non-RSD new record to crack this week’s countdown happens to be our second Christmas album of the holiday season to appear in these charts. At number ten we have the new NORAH JONES holiday record I Dream Of Christmas. The singer’s classic stylings are perfectly suited for the fair here, which consists of holiday standards interspersed with some of Jones’ original entries into the holiday canon.
